Once the deposit is placed, a complimentary discovery call will be scheduled for us to determine if this trip is a right fit for you. In the unlikely event that it is not, the deposit will be fully refunded to you.
If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.
To ensure your reservation, final payment will be due on 20 August 2024. Bookings made after 16 July 2024 will require final payment before 20 September 2024. Bookings made after 20 September 2024 will require full and final payment immediately upon booking.
No booking will be considered finalized until the final payment is received.

Our Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made between final payment and 30 days to trip departure will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made within 30 days to trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

You must arrive into Cairo International Airport (CAI) on October 31st by 4:00 pm and depart on November 10th, 2024. Return transportation will be provided for you from the airport to the hotel.

Yes, we’re happy to! Please let us know your needs at least two weeks before the retreat, and we’ll take care of it for you. Do clearly state any allergies and intolerances you have, along with your dietary preferences.

Yes, it is safe to travel to Egypt. It remains a popular tourist destination, welcoming millions of visitors each year. That being said, it's always important to stay informed about current events and any travel advisories issued by your government or relevant authorities. We’ll also give you some common-sense guidelines to follow, just as you would traveling anywhere else in the world. As long as your flights are within our recommended times, you’ll be taken care of from the moment you pass through immigration.

Overall, November is considered one of the best months to visit Egypt, as it offers comfortable weather for sightseeing and exploring ancient ruins. In the first half of November, Egypt typically experiences mild to warm weather. In Cairo and other cities in the Nile Valley, temperatures usually range from around 18°C to 28°C (64°F to 82°F) during the day, with cooler evenings.
